Paneer goes well with Capsicum/Pepper.

Ingredients :
Capsicum - 3 (medium diced into cubes)
Cottage Paneer - 200 gms
Ghee - 3 tbsp
Turmeric powder - 1 tbsp
Onion Paste - 3 tbsp
Scraped Coconut - 1/2 cup
Ginger-garlic Paste - 1 tbsp
Dhania powder - 1 tbsp
Red chilli powder - 1tbsp
Tomato chopped - 1 medium
Garam Masala Powder- 1tbsp
Coriander Leaves for garnish
Fresh Cream - 4 tbsp
How I Made It:
1. Heat ghee in non stick pan add Cottage cheese fry them till they get golden brown.Drain them on Absorbent paper.
2. Add capsicum,ginger-garlic paste,tomato,turmeric powder,chilli powder,Dhania powder and salt.
3. Add half a cup of water and cook it for 5-7 min.
4. Add Fresh Cream,Garam Masala Powder, fried Cottage cheese and cook for 3 min.
5. Serve hot with Coriander leaves.
It is best suited with Roti/Rice
